What are your opening hours?
You can place an order on our website 24 hours a day. If you want to talk to us then our studio hours are 09.30-17.30 Monday – Friday. If you leave us a message then we promise to get back to you within 24 hours. You can email us anytime!
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we offer delivery of mirrors from our website to international destinations. Delivery cost per order will be calculated by PayPal at checkout, based on destination and product selection. You do not need to be registered with PayPal, you can checkout as a guest.
Please note that deliveries to some destinations, mainly outside the EU, may attract import duty.The recipient of the delivery is responsible for any such charges and therefore we’d advise that you check the import charges applicable in any non-EU country before ordering.
How do I hang my mirror?
Each mirror is dispatched with everything needed to hang the mirror and comes fitted with a recessed mirror plate to ensure a flush hanging position.
How is my mirror made?
A great amount of work and care goes into the production of each frame. We use old-fashioned techniques, such as patternmaking and gilding, together with new materials, like resin, to create mirrors which are both timeless and contemporary. Each frame is hand cast in our studio and hand finished in a variety of colours including 22ct gold leaf.
Ours is a contemporary product, as opposed to a Georgian reproduction, and we use acrylic convex mirror lenses because they produce a far brighter, sharper reflection than glass convex lenses. The reflecting image is distortion free, unlike with mirrored convex glass.
Each and every one of our handmade round & convex mirrors is finished with the greatest attention to detail.
Do your mirrors come in any other colours or finishes?
As every mirror is made to order, bespoke flexibility is offered in respect of finishing wherever possible. Please feel free to contact us with your requirements.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card when buying online with Omelo?
Yes. Our shop enables you to purchase securely online with our payment provider PayPal. Credit card details are held by PayPal only – this is so secure even we can’t see them!
Will I receive a confirmatory email once I have ordered?
When you place your order, you will be sent an acknowledgement by email within 24 hours. We will contact you if there are any problems with your order.
