International Delivery
We ship all of our products worldwide.

Returns
We hope you are delighted with your order but we do understand that sometimes you will want to return an item.
If you return an item, the item must be returned to Omelo Mirrors in its original packaging and original condition. We follow these guidelines:
- If you wish to return your item please contact us no longer than 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the item quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the item and the reasons for return.
- We regret that refunds are not offered after the 14 day period expires.
- Products that are made to your specification (e.g. custom colour) cannot be refunded, unless faulty.
- You are responsible for returning the item within 14 calendar days of cancelling.
- Please ensure you use a secure and reliable method to return your purchase. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches Omelo Mirrors.

- We will issue a refund, where appropriate, within 14 calendar days after receiving the returned goods.
